1. Must have an active checking account for at least three months.
   ---"Active" means that your account must show regular transaction activity.


2. Must have had your current job for the last three months.


3. Must have lived at your current residence for the last three months.


4. You must show at least $1000 in payroll deposits per month.


5. You must be at least 21 years of age.


6. You must either fax or scan and email your documents to: customerservice@mycashtime.com.


7. Direct deposit preferred.
